I'm feeling exceptionally good today. I'm not certain why.

[Filtered to Cathedral:]
Lilith, the medicine worked wonders. Thank you for all your help these past few days. Please, if there's anything I can do for you in return, don't ever hesistate to let me know.

[Filtered to Chrno:]
Chrno~ It seems like ages since I've last spoken to you. I heard through the grapevines that you were sick as well. How are you feeling?

[Lilith let the men their space and slipped two cars after theirs. Only two people could sit in one, after all]

Well...yes. For me at least...they're very serious.

[Chrono glanced back at Lilith as she slipped into the other car.]

I guess it's just the two of us for now.

[Looking back at the same time as Chrno, Aion faced forward again as he positioned himself in the seat.]

Aa well, she should be fine. One of us will sit with her in the next one.

Good idea. [Chrono fastened his seat belt and settled in.]

...Maybe you?

Does it matter?

[Aion raised a brow to his suggestion as he fastened his own.]

No. [He spoke lightly, innocently.] I just thought you might like some time alone with her...

[Hearing that made his chest sink as he almost burst out laughing, covering his face with one hand.]

Ha ha ha.. Chrno~ Don't make me laugh. You heard her remarks to me. Just because you're happy and made, you bastard~ [Sneers and lightly socks him in the head.] Besides, I'm not that desperate that I need your sympathy to play cupid. [Though she's different... warm...] I'm in no rush, dear brother. [More important things to care about...]

[Chrono rubbed his head, eying Aion as the car began to clack up the tracks.]

I'm not saying you're desperate! Just that she's a nice Jane, and you certainly treat her warmly...

[That's because she's...] I'm just showing my appreciation. That's all... Just as I have with Fi, Shader, Riz... Either way, L-Lilith's-

[Feeling the same headache come on as he thought about Chrno's words more, he shook if off as the ride began, taking them around and into loops.]

[Chrono forgot about prodding him on it for now and just enjoyed the ride, holding onto the bar tightly as the ride whizzed through loops and tight corners. He grinned as the wind whipped through his hair, and the car zoomed past the rides nearby decorated with hundreds of lights.

Lights...? What did that remind him of?

In a few minutes, the ride was over. Chrono laughed, using his fingers to try to get his hair back into place.]

See? It's a lot like flying.

[Gripping the bar with one hand as the other held his glasses against his face, Aion laughed about, enjoying the wind cutting through his hair. Coming to an abrupt stop, the sinner finally recovered from his laughter as he leaned back into the seat.]

Yea. You said it. Though...

[Aion stared up at the sky as he thought of how it actually felt to fly.]

It doesn't compare to the real thing... [He glanced towards Chrno and smiled, a hint of sadness seen in his eyes. Unfastening his belt, he hopped out to go check on Lilith.]

[Not a single hair out or distortion in her clothes, Lilith unfastened her buckled seatbelt when the ride ended, she descended the car thanking the other occupant to have held the door to her. She turned to Aion and smiled]

Did you enjoy the ride? I hope so.

[Was that sadness for him? He hoped not...after all, it wasn't like Aion could help that he didn't have his horns anymore.

...Right?]

Yeah, it's not quite the same, but it's pretty close.

[He turned back towards Lilith with a smile.]

I did! And you?

Yea, I did. It was quite interesting. [He returned a weak smile and answered before Chrno did. Aion stood by Lilith, waiting for Chrno to catch up to them.]

It was a pleasant ride.

[She began to move to the exit as a new crowd of people went ahead to occupy the cars]

What should we try next?

Well, I picked the roller coaster....[He stretched, putting his hands behind his head.]

Aion, Lilith, any preferences? I was thinking since it was dark now, the Ferris wheel might be nice...you could looks at the stars and all the lights in the park.

Ooor, we could probably find somewhere in the park to get a drink. Something adult and manly for Aion to do.

Now you're talking. Wasn't the plan to go drinking anyway? Like I said before, there's nothing stopping us from doing both. Though you might hear a lecture or two from someone about excessive drinking.

[Aion smirked at Lilith and started to walk out of the roller coaster area and towards what seemed like a row of shops and restaurants.]

Medicine, flu and alcohol don't mix.

[She reminded Aion with a very serious face.]

Aren't there other adult and manly past times that wouldn't endanger Chrono or you?

[jokingly]...Knitting, maybe?

I can't drink much anyway. In this body it's way too easy to get zozzled. I'll only have a glass or two!

[Aion face palmed knowing he shouldn't have opened his mouth to begin with. Waving his hand in a dismissing manner as he sighs, he walks into the first bar he sees.]

All right. A glass or two. Come on.

[They wouldn't listen to sense. It's the medication and the alcohol that are a potentially deadly combination.]

I think you have taken a past time to make me worried.

[She followed them closely and would be ready in case the drinks unsettle any of their systems.]

Who, me? I'm the good one. He's the one that goes off on mad quests for revolution! I just follow orders.

[He gives a psuedo-innocent smile.] Maybe a drink would do you some good, too.

[Aion seated himself by the bar and waved the bartender over, ordering three drinks. Catching the last bit of Chrno's comment, he chuckled as he agreed.]

He's got a point, Lilith. You're too up tight sometimes. Relax.

[Paying the bartender, he passed out the drinks and held his up for a toast.]

A toast. To everlasting friendship... and lots of luck to you, Chrno, ha ha...

[He teased him about his relationship again, though it carried various other meanings behind it...]

You're a sweet boy, Chrono. [She ruffled the shorter demon's hair.] I know who is the bad influence in the duo.

[She glanced at Aion when he remarked about her nature.] You are right, I have been unnecessary tense because of the influenza station.

[She sat, leaving a seat between Aion and her for Chrono to take.]
